VITAMIN INFORMATION

Marine Collagen & Bamboo: Collagen is the most abundant protein in our body but, at around the age of 20, collagen production decreases. Marine collagen can help maintain skin elasticity, moisture levels as well as assisting with skin repair and renewal. We’ve combined our marine collagen with bamboo extract to add silica which is essential for hair skin and nails.

Zinc: Zinc is an essential micronutrient that contributes to the maintenance of healthy hair, skin and nails, as well as your vision. It’s a regenerative mineral that protects your body from oxidative stress and contributes to DNA repair, and it’s particularly good for acne prone skin due to its anti-inflammatory properties.

Biotin: Vitamin H (more commonly known as biotin) is an essential addition to your beauty regime, promoting healthy and strong hair, nails and better skin.

Vitamin E: Vitamin E has an anti-inflammatory effect on your skin, and with its antioxidant properties, it can help prevent oxidative stress which contributes to skin ageing.

Selenium: Selenium is an essential trace mineral, which has antioxidant properties that help fight free radicals which can damage healthy skin cells.
