The most effective way to avoid bad breath is making sure you undertake excellent oral hygiene practices.  These include:

  • Use of a tongue scraper
  • Flossing
  • Removing dentures and keeping them clean
  • Sugar free mints
  • Anti-bacterial mouthwash
