Royal Mail Standard 2-5 Day Delivery (UK Only, Excluding International delivery)
Usually 2-3 business days. May take up to 5 working days. Free on orders over £35. All medication requires a signature on receipt of delivery by law.
Royal Mail Next Day Delivery (UK Only, Excluding International delivery)
Orders placed by 2pm Monday to Thursday will be processed for delivery the next working day by 1pm, subject to Royal Mail delivery processing. Orders placed before 2pm on a Friday are not guaranteed for delivery until 1pm on a Monday, subject to Royal Mail delivery processing. Please note deliveries exclude Saturdays, Sundays and any public holidays. Please note all prescription medication requires a signature on receipt of delivery by law.
Express Delivery Via DX Secure. Usually arrives next business day (08:00-18:00). Deliveries can take up to 2 business days. Signature required:
You can return any unwanted items within 7 days of receipt for a refund or replacement. Please inform us of the returned item via email at email@example.com. Products of a cosmetic or personal nature cannot be returned due to hygiene reasons. Medicinal products cannot be returned due to the legislation governing the sale and supply of medicines in the UK. Unfortunately, the postage cost and tracking of returned items are the responsibility of the customer. We suggest using registered post to prevent further dismay. Returned item(s) must be undamaged, unopened and in their original packaging; Rightdose Pharmacy reserves the right to decline a refund in such instances.
Cancelling your order: In order to cancel your order please either phone or email us at the earliest instance. Please note our doctors sometimes issue prescriptions within minutes or hours of an order being placed in which case you will be liable for the prescription fee but eligible for a full refund of the remaining costs including medicine and postage.
Your refund will automatically be processed within 3-5 working days but in some cases can take up to 14 days. We want you to be happy with your purchase. If you're not, just return the product to the dispensing pharmacy, following the instructions above, and we'll exchange or refund it to the credit or debit card of the person who originally placed and paid for the order. Please see below for products excluded from this policy. Under the Distance Selling Regulations, if you buy online or by phone, your consumer rights entitle you to a full refund if you request one in writing within 7 working days of receipt. This policy only applies if the Item(s) is undamaged, unopened, in their original packaging with seals unbroken.
