How do I sign up?
Anyone who takes regular medication can access the Rightdose Pouch – simply click here and we will take it from there.
What are the steps involved?
Once you have registered, we will contact your local GP to arrange the ongoing reordering and delivery of your prescription.
We will then make up your pouch at our Rightdose hub in Glasgow, and deliver it for free straight to your door.
You will receive it either monthly, or every second month, depending on your medication.
And you don’t even need to worry about reordering – we will do that for you and send you out the next pouch when it’s time.
If you want other products from our online store – such as creams, other medicines or face-coverings – you can include that with the pouch and it will be delivered for free at the same time.
Is this technology safe?
Yes, 100% safe. This new approach means your medication is now being checked by both people and advanced machines. Before your medication is sent out, it is looked over by cutting edge technology and our lead pharmacist at our Glasgow hub. At Rightdose Pharmacy, your health is something we take incredibly seriously.
Can I arrange this for someone I care for?
Yes. And not only can you do that, but you can install an app which tracks the medication and alerts you if a dose has been missed.
The technology is perfect for people with older parents or relatives.
How much does this all cost?
It doesn’t cost you anything. The prescriptions are as free as they would be if you popped into any of our eight community stores across Scotland. In England we ask that patients pay for their standard NHS prescription fees (unless exempt).
