why should I get the Covid-19 Jab?

What happens during the appointment?

The pharmacist will ask you a few questions to make sure the vaccine is suitable for you. Your vaccination will be given into the upper arm so make sure you wear a short-sleeved or loose-fitted upper garment / top.

Can I get the Covid Vaccine if I feel unwell?

If you have a high temperature or are feeling acutely unwell, it may be better to delay your vaccination until you recover.

Will I get side effects from the Covid Vaccine?

As with any vaccination, side-effects are possible, but they are usually mild. The most common ones include pain and tenderness at the vaccination area, tiredness, headache, and fever. Our clinician will discuss potential side effects with you before vaccination.
