Why Should I Get The Flu Jab?

The flu can be serious and can cause complications in some people. The best way to protect yourself and others is by getting the flu vaccine.

The vaccine helps to protect you against the main types of flu viruses and can also stop you spreading flu to other people. If you do catch the flu after being vaccinated, your symptoms will be milder.

When Should I Get The Flu Jab?

The flu vaccine takes around 10 days to take become effective, so we recommend getting it as early as possible.

The flu season starts early September and lasts through to March.
