Cymex Cream triple action formula actively relieves, controls infection and promotes effective healing of painful unsightly cold cores and dry cracked lips.

Side effects are rare, however, Cetostearyl alcohol may cause skin reactions such as inflammation and redness where the cream has been applied (contact dermatitis).

Apply the cream sparingly every hour as needed. If symptoms persist, speak to your doctor.

The active ingredients are:

Urea 1.0%, Dimeticone 350 (9.0% w/w), Cetrimide (0.5% w/w) and Chlorocresol (0.1% w/w). 

Other ingredients are:

Paraffin, Cetostearyl alcohol, water.
