Bonjela Complete Plus 10ml

Bonjela Complete Plus is used to relieve pain caused by mouth ulcers and helps ulcers to heal. The gel forms a protective layer over mouth ulcers that can last up to 4 hours. It is also used to treat small wounds in the oral cavity.

You can apply it up to 4 times a day. Keep the mouth open till the gel dries out, subsequently creates a soft film over the would or ulcer.

The medicine is only intended for oral mucosa use and should not be given to someone under 16 years old.

Read the enclosed leaflet carefully before use. For use on oral mucosa only. Apply sufficient gel using the spatula to cover the ulcer. Let dry before closing the mouth. Apply as often as necessary up to 4 times a day, preferably before meals. If symptoms persist after 5 days consult your doctor or pharmacist.

Do not give to children and adolescents under 16 years of age. This is because there is a possible association between the derivative of salicylic acid and Reye's syndrome when given to children. Reye's syndrome is a very rare disease which affects the brain and liver and can be fatal. Highly flammable. Always read the leaflet instructions before use. Do not use:

• in children below 16 years of age
• in case of allergy to salicylic derivatives
• on major mouth ulcers bigger than 1 cm in diameter or herpes-like ulcers (many tiny ulcers)
• on infected wounds, burns or deep wounds (bleeding wounds) in pregnant or breastfeeding women

Ingredients: Carboxylic acids, mineral acid, cellulose derivative, Ethanol (Anhydrous), Purified Water, Orange flavour. Contains salicylic acid.
