Simple Linctus Paediatric 200ml

Simple Linctus Paediatric is a liquid solution that is intended to provide relief for dry, irritating coughs. It works thanks to the active ingredient which is citric acid monohydrate. Citric acid works by being absorbed into the throat and coats it, relieving the effects of a cough. Citric acid is found naturally in the body and is often used as a pH control agent in certain types of food.

There are no known side effects from using this medicine
when used as directed.
If taken excessively above the stated dose, glycerol present in
the medicine may cause headache, stomach upset and
diarrhoea.

Simple Linctus paediatric PIL

Children 1-5 years: Give 1 x 5ml spoonful.

Children 6-12 years: Give 2 x 5ml spoonfuls.

Repeat the dose up to four times a day if necessary.

If symptoms persist for more than 5 days consult a doctor

Citric Acid monohydrate BP 31.25mg. chloroform, anise oil, ethanol,glycerol (E422), syrup. (Including sucrose) purified water. sucrose , 4.3g/ml. alcohol 1.5 vol%
