At Rightdose Pharmacy we supply options designed to help you make sure you’re giving your body what it needs to stay healthy. We stock vitamin pills designed for those over 50, multivitamin drops for babies and children, and options made especially for men or women.

While less common there are other symptoms that could indicate that you are low on certain vitamins:

  • Brittle hair and nails could be a sign that you are low on biotin
  • Mouth ulcers or cracks in the corners of the mouth - could indicate low iron or B vitamins
  • Bleeding gums - while most likely gum disease, it could indicate low vitamin C
  • Poor night vision - could indicate low vitamin A
  • Scaly patches and dandruff - could indicate low zinc, B2, B3, and/or B6
  • Red or white bumps on the skin (keratosis pilaris) - often correlated with low vitamin A & C
  • Restless leg syndrome - could be linked to low iron and low magnesium
