How to lose your belly fat
We've hit the scales this week and it's safe to say we enjoyed Christmas a little bit too much! It's time for a January detox to help tackle the festive belly fat.
We all go through times in our life where belly fat may increase. Improving nutrition, exercising regularly and reducing stress can really help to combat the additional weight gain.
A great place to start is to try and add some of these delicious fat-burning foods into your January diet:
- Porridge, lentils & whole grains
- Almonds, walnuts & pistachios
- Spinich, kale & broccoli
- Bananas, blueberries & raspberries
- Peas & chickpeas
- Pumpkins including their seeds
- Potatoes & sweet potatoes
- Tuna & Salmon
